Does LiveKid provide customer support?
Yes, of course! What’s more, at LiveKid it’s not only just customer support. Each of the facilities cooperating with us receives a dedicated caregiver, always available by phone.
Is there an additional charge for each feature in the app?
The monthly subscription cost depends only on the number of children in your facility. You can use every feature available in the app and still pay the same!
Can parents pay tuition through the mobile app?
Yes, parents can do this. After receiving the invoice from the facility, they can easily pay it through the app - which makes the payment much faster and the information about it reaches the parent and the director immediately.
